How does this combo work?

3 | When Dualcaster Mage enters, it triggers, copying Release to the Wind, targeting Dualcaster Mage. |
4 | Resolve the Release to the Wind copy, exiling Dualcaster Mage |
5 | Cast Dualcaster Mage from exile without paying its mana cost. |
6 | Repeat from step 3. |
