Steps
  1. Cast Abdel Adrian either from your hand or from the command zone by paying 4 and commander tax, if applicable.
  2. When Abdel Adrian enters the battlefield, it triggers, exiling Wispweaver Angel and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token.
  3. Cast Rescue the Foal by paying 1, blinking Abdel Adrian and exiling Rescue the Foal.
  4. Abdel Adrian leaves and enters the battlefield, causing Wispweaver Angel to return to the battlefield from exile, and triggering Abdel Adrian and Wispweaver Angel's enters-the-battlefield abilities.
  5. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Wispweaver Angel and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token.
  6. Resolve the Wispweaver Angel trigger, blinking Abdel Adrian.
  7. Repeat from step 4.
